Dye & Durham makes substantial upgrades to its Index Property Information Platform
19 October 2022 — Dye & Durham, the leading provider of cloud-based, efficient workflow software for legal and business professionals, is significantly upgrading its Index Property Information platform to ease the registration process and provide one-stop services for HM Land Registry (HMLR) requirements.
The Dye & Durham enhancements will allow legal professionals to complete digital registration applications without the need to visit HMLR’s new Digital Registration Service ahead of HMLR’s Nov. 30 Digital by Default timeline.
As a global technology company, Dye & Durham is focused on streamlining the customer experience by ensuring a range of tools are available in one place.
Stephen McCluskey, Director of Operations, Dye & Durham, says:
“Everything we do focuses on improving the precision and confidence of our customers.
“Investing in the Index data platform has been a priority for Dye & Durham, and our latest upgrade will leverage the robust, innovative, cloud-based architecture at the core of the Index product suite.”
Dye & Durham acquired the Index Property Information Group in 2019. The HMLR Digital Registration Service, known as AP1, is the first integrated Index product to benefit from the Dye & Durham upgrade.
McCluskey says:
“Such strong data foundations enable us to improve integration services with superior stability and enhance the speed and availability of data while improving the way we build, deploy and support Index software in the future to offer better services for our legal clients.”
He adds that upgrading and improving the Index platform is in keeping with Dye & Durham’s long, rich history in legal services.
McClusky concluded:
“Our data-driven insights, plus our expert team’s focus to solve customer problems, have come together to support firms and bring better law practice and business solutions to market.”
