Countrywide Surveying Services appoints Regional Director

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has announced the recent appointment of Mandy Spenceley to the position as Regional Director.

In her role as Regional Director, she will be responsible for managing the performance, productivity and ongoing development of CSS surveyors within the designated region.

Mandy has been a chartered surveyor for 27 years and has a background in commercial property together with 18 years’ experience in residential survey and valuation. This includes creating and leading a highly effective national AssocRICS training programme, managing a string of successful surveyor teams and undertaking a variety of individual projects. She also has attained RICS Senior Professional Assessment (SPA), Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), plus Associate Assessor and Chair and is also a member of the RICS Yorkshire and Humber Board.
