Aconveyancing establishes new Commercial Property department
Aconveyancing is delighted to announce the opening of its new Commercial Property department to add to its residential portfolio.
As a firm historically looking after residential cases only, this marks an exciting expansion for the business.
The team will handle cases across the company’s four offices, based from the Bromsgrove office and will be headed up by Charlotte Bull.
Charlotte has previous experience of working with commercial property transactions, including retail outlets, offices, factory units and blocks of flats, to name just a few.
Specifically, the team will deal with:
-
- Purchases of commercial property
- Sales of commercial property
- Company Buy to Lets of residential property
- Drafting commercial leases for landlords
- Reviewing commercial leases for commercial tenants
- Surrender of commercial leases
- Overage agreements, option agreements, conditional contracts and bridging loans
Aconveyancing’s Charlotte Bull says:
“We have been planning the opening of this department for a while as a way to respond to the overall market, to the needs of our clients and what’s happening in the local area.
“There’s huge opportunity for conveyancing in this sector and it represents a very exciting time for the business as we continue to grow.”
