Landmark launches the “Simplifying Your Search Pack” webinar series for property lawyers

A new series of free webinars has been launched by Landmark Information, the land, property and environmental data specialists, to help property solicitors and conveyancers simplify the way they select the right searches for each and every residential property transaction.

The first webinar will take place on Thursday 14 June at 11am and is a 30-minute session, which covers the practical benefits of Landmark’s all-in-one RiskView Residential (RVR): an environmental report that assess 12 key environmental risks, including flood risk, natural and man-made ground hazards and contaminated land risk to name a few.

Led by Landmark’s Account Director, Philip Hill, Account Director, and Business Development Manager Chris Hatch, the webinar will explain how RVR is able to provide concise conclusions relating to contaminated land, flood risk, natural and man-made ground hazards, as well identifying potential energy & infrastructure features; and if requested, will include residential and non-residential planning applications.

RVR provides home buyers with the choice of reviewing the search via a unique online viewer as well as through the search report itself. The online viewer contains interactive maps, Google Streetview and clear information for both the conveyancer and homebuyer. A demonstration will be provided as part of each webinar.
