Frodsham Conveyancer Shortlisted For National Award
Rowlinsons Solicitors are celebrating once again as Victoria Stone has been shortlisted for “Young Conveyancer of the Year”. The winner will be announced at the prestigious LFS Conveyancing Awards ceremony on 20th September at Birmingham NEC.
Victoria, who originally joined the firm in 2010 as a Receptionist has climbed her way up the career ladder at Rowlinsons and is now a fee earner in her own right working within their Property Department.
“I’m surprised and delighted to have been shortlisted as I believe there is always a high volume of entrants in this category each year. I’d like to thank the firm for their support which has enabled me to develop my career and I’m very much looking forward to the awards ceremony” said Victoria.
The firm now employs approximately 50 people, many of whom work in the firm’s conveyancing department which is ranked in the top 150 nationally by number of transactions.
Tom Parkinson, Director and Head of Property, commented:
“It’s great news for Victoria and well deserved. As the firm continues to grow we want to continue to provide a route for all staff to progress their careers at any level. We’re committed to attracting high quality people to join the team and investing in them to ensure we meet the high service levels our clients rightly expect from us.”
The Property Department has won numerous awards including the Sunday Times “Best Large Conveyancer” in 2013 and “North West Conveyancing Firm of the Year” in 2015. More recently the firm developed a “pre-sale ready” pack to speed up the conveyancing process and reduce the time taken by approximately two weeks.
