Conveyancing Foundation shines a spotlight on workplace wellbeing for World Mental Health Day
Following World Mental Health Day on Saturday 10th October, The Conveyancing Foundation is encouraging businesses across the property sector to keep workplace wellbeing in the spotlight and continue the conversation around mental health.
The Importance of Mission and Culture and Advice for Managing Stress
The Foundation has also released two new videos exploring different aspects of workplace wellbeing, featuring insights from industry leaders.
Janine Wellington, Co-Chair of The Conveyancing Foundation and Managing Director of Convey Law, shares Convey Law’s mission video, exploring the organisation’s culture, its mission and, most importantly, its WHY. The video encourages viewers to reflect on the culture they are creating within their own workplaces and consider the positive impact that a clear purpose, shared values and a supportive environment can have on their teams.
In the second video, James Fenech, Chief Revenue Officer at tmGroup, shares practical advice for managing stress effectively. His insights explore simple techniques to help individuals navigate workplace pressures, protect their wellbeing and develop healthier habits. Watch both videos on Here.
Workplace Wellbeing Excellence Survey
The Workplace Wellbeing Excellence Survey is now open to professionals across the property industry, helping benchmark current practices, identify areas for improvement and establish industry-wide best practice.
Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win £500 cash, a luxury one-night spa break for two, or a Fortnum & Mason hamper.
Gain Confidence and Recognise The Signs
We all have a role to play in supporting workplace wellbeing. The Mental Health Champion Course, delivered in partnership with Today’s Media and led by mental health trainer Sharron Moffatt, gives property professionals practical skills and confidence to recognise signs of mental health difficulties, start conversations and offer support within the workplace.
The next course takes place on 17th November 2026. Spaces can be booked via the Conveyancing Foundation website.
Put your wellbeing knowledge to the test on 21 October at 12.30pm with The Great Wellbeing Quiz-Off! Hosted by Bricks and Banter, this fun, 30-minute quiz brings the property community together, with a Cadbury Deluxe Chocolate & Sweet Hamper up for grabs for the winning person or team, courtesy of The Conveyancing Awards 2027 & Conference.
You can sign up via the Conveyancing Foundation website.
