The Conveyancing Foundation launches Wellbeing at Work Excellence Survey as Wellbeing at Work Month gets underway.

The Conveyancing Foundation has launched its Workplace Wellbeing Excellence Survey as part of Wellbeing at Work Month 2026, inviting property professionals to share their experiences and help shape the future of workplace wellbeing across the industry.

Have Your Say & Be in With a Chance to Win

The Workplace Wellbeing Excellence Survey is now open, giving professionals across the property industry the opportunity to share their experiences of workplace wellbeing.

The survey will help to benchmark workplace wellbeing across the property industry, identify current practices, explore what excellent workplace wellbeing looks like and contribute towards establishing industry-wide best practice. Richard Lambert from Morale Solutions has recorded a short video explaining more about the survey and how to take part.

Everyone completing the survey will also be automatically entered into a prize draw, with three prizes available: £500 cash, a luxury one-night spa break for two, and a Fortnum & Mason luxury hamper.

Be the Person Who Starts the Conversation

We all have a role to play in supporting workplace wellbeing. The Mental Health Champion Course, delivered in partnership with Today’s Media and led by mental health trainer Sharron Moffatt, gives property professionals practical skills and confidence to recognise signs of mental health difficulties, start conversations and offer support within the workplace.

The next course takes place on 17th November 2026. Spaces can be booked via the Conveyancing Foundation website.

Get Ready for The Great Wellbeing Quiz-Off

There’s also an opportunity to put your wellbeing knowledge to the test with The Great Wellbeing Quiz-Off on 21stOctober at 12.30pm. Hosted by Tom Parkinson and Laura Cartwright from Bricks and Banter, the fun and interactive half-hour quiz will feature four rounds of questions designed to test your brain power while bringing the property community together. The quiz is sponsored by The Conveyancing Awards 2027 & Conference, who have kindly donated a Cadbury Deluxe Chocolate & Sweet Hamper for the winning person or team.
