“Many congratulations to our winning individuals, teams and businesses who represent the top tier of UK conveyancing,” says Daniel Hill, Director at Globespan Media and Founder of The Conveyancing Awards. “The judging panel confirmed the categories were hotly contested, meaning only the most well-evidenced and compelling submissions took home a trophy. Our class of 2026 winners combine intelligent innovation, technical expertise, ambition and a commitment to enhancing the client experience. They truly are the benchmark for what outstanding conveyancing looks like,” adds Daniel.
Hosted by comedian and writer, Lou Sanders, The Conveyancing Awards united over 300 professionals from conveyancing firms, legal practices, housebuilders, PropTech companies and the wider property ecosystem for a spectacular evening of celebration and entertainment, including a set by international DJ Tony Nicholls.
Fundraising via a charity raffle and ticket sales donations helped The Mindstep Foundation, one of The Conveyancing Foundation’s grant recipients, surpass its £50k target for the year. Established in memory of Maxwell Davies, The Mindstep Foundation raises awareness, supports those suffering with mental health, and funds research into preventing suicide. The money raised will support the specialist Suicide Prevention Research Department at Glasgow University.
Dan continues: “We’re absolutely blown away by the support for the very first Conveyancing Awards. From the generous charity donations and positive feedback on the night, to the encouragement shown since October when we launched this idea, it’s really highlighted what a collaborative profession this is. Seeing the smiles, the winning moments, new connections being formed and people celebrating together on the dance floor was a great source of pride for the team, and we sense there is already huge anticipation for the 2027 event!”
The Conveyancing Awards were headline sponsored by specialist new build search and data provider, Show House Searches, together with partnership support from Bold Legal Group, CLSQ, First Title, Landview Surveyors, Move Reports, Stewart Title Ltd, TmGroup and The Conveyancing Foundation.
