Farnworth Rose continues ambitious growth plans with strategic support from Osprey Approach

Farnworth Rose Solicitors continues its ambitious plans to double the size of the business over the next 12 months, supported by investment in operational infrastructure, digital transformation, and people development, alongside long-standing technology partner Osprey Approach.

Established in 2007 and employing more than 40 staff, the North-West firm is undertaking a major operational project designed to support sustainable growth while maintaining service quality, compliance, and employee engagement. The project spans processes, reporting, people development, and data management – with technology acting as the enabler.

The strategy forms part of a longer-term plan to grow regional market share and attract work from further afield. Over the past year, Farnworth Rose has boosted its operational and business development capacity and introduced a new people strategy designed to make the firm an employer of choice.

Farnworth Rose has used Osprey Approach’s case management system for almost two decades; it has evolved over the years to meet the needs of every department across the firm. Central to Farnworth Rose’s current plans is the next phase of this long-standing partnership: moving onto the latest era of Osprey to help the firm achieve greater clarity, data visibility, and manage workflows more effectively across the Osprey platform.

Jon Batchelor, strategic director at Farnworth Rose Solicitors, said:

“We have clear plans to grow the business quickly, but this only works if you can see and control what’s happening across the firm. This project is about providing the firm with greater clarity – clarity of data, clarity of processes, and clarity for our clients and our team serving them, as well as making it easier for our team to deal with their work.

“Our people strategy is a key part of that. We want to create an environment where every team member enjoys their role, can build strong relationships with clients and have the tools to do their jobs to the high standard we’re known for. Our partnership with Osprey is fundamental to achieving these ambitions.”

Amy Bruce, marketing director at Osprey Approach, explained:

“This is so much more than a tech upgrade for Farnworth Rose. Together we are reviewing and cleansing data, redesigning workflows and refining reporting, so leadership teams have clear visibility over performance, compliance and workload across the business.

“Accurate data gives firms the confidence to grow. By structuring and standardising information across the practice, Farnworth Rose will be able to plan recruitment, manage risk and monitor service delivery with far greater certainty.”

Jon Batchelor added:

“Effective case management has always supported our service delivery, but working strategically with Osprey will enable us to run the business more intelligently. Ultimately, it will provide our team with more time to do the work they enjoy and ensure clients receive a consistent, high-quality service as we grow.”
