The UK’s top conveyancing firms, legal practices, housebuilders and wider property professionals are invited to make nominations for The Conveyancing Awards, as event organiser, Globespan Media confirms entries are now open. With 14 diverse categories shining a spotlight on individual and team successes as well as the industry’s innovators, disruptors and rising stars, The Conveyancing Awards promises a memorable evening celebrating those shaping the future of property law. Daniel Hill, Director at Globespan Media and Founder of The Conveyancing Awards comments: “Entries opening marks an exciting milestone as we build momentum towards the very first Conveyancing Awards. Much consideration has gone into crafting the 14 categories to celebrate excellence across the full breadth of the industry. “Whether you’re leading on complex property transactions, driving digital transformation, delivering an exceptional client experience or championing collaboration across the sector, there’s a category designed for you. “With limited shortlist places in each category, we expect competition to be fierce so now is the perfect time to start preparing submissions and ensuring achievements get the recognition they deserve,” adds Dan. The 14 categories to be recognised on Thursday 14 May 2026 at The Londoner Hotel are: • Best Performing LLC Team (1 to 50 Employees; 50 to 100 Employees; 100 + Employees) • Best New Build Sales Progression Team • Best Sales Progressor • Best Commercial Property Team • Best Northern Conveyancing Team • Best Wales and Midlands Conveyancing Team • Best Southern Conveyancing Team • Conveyancing Team of the Year • Conveyancer of the Year • Best Use of Technology in Conveyancing • New Build Conveyancer of the Year • Outstanding Client Care in Conveyancing • Rising Star in Conveyancing • Supplier Innovation & Support Award Since launching, appetite from the conveyancing sector for this fresh new ceremony has accelerated rapidly. Globespan Media has confirmed CLSQ, Move Reports and Stewart Title as event partners, alongside headline sponsor, Showhouse Searches. Dan adds: “The response from the industry has been fantastic, there’s a real buzz and sense of excitement. The Awards being multi-disciplinary has also really resonated in terms of how the sector collaborates and operates, and this has been a key factor in us securing these new partnerships. “Support from firms like CLSQ, Move Reports and Stewart Title is instrumental in setting a strong foundation for the first ever Conveyancing Awards and we are confident this will positively boost the visibility and reputation of the awards, as well as their brands through association. “We now encourage all those driving the industry forward to make nominations so we can discover the sector’s outstanding achievements and brightest talent,” concludes Dan.
