Groundsure launches enhanced planning search with applied intelligence

The new collaboration with Serac Tech delivers its first major milestone.

Groundsure, the UK’s environmental and climate data authority for land and property, has today launched a fully revised planning data pipeline to help speed up the collection and visibility of planning applications for legal professionals in a desktop report.

From today, all of Groundsure’s reports with detailed planning data will include planning records at a far greater accuracy. Now, the majority of records will show the impacted development extents and benefit from superior geo-location information. The data will be more granular, including a larger set of categories saving practitioners time and effort.
