7th October 2024 – Environmental risk consultancy Ashfield Solutions (Ashfield) has partnered with Martello, the fastest growing provider of independent environmental searches for conveyancing professionals in a move to improve the UK’s house and land buying process.
Martello and Ashfield’s collaboration aims to empower conveyancers and homebuyers with expert contamination assessments. It reduces failed reports, fewer “further actions required” by 60% compared to other contaminated land assessments on the market.
