Osprey Approach announces a live podcast that will highlight how to switch Practice Management Systems successfully.

The latest episode in Osprey Approach’s podcast series, Empowering Law Firm Leaders, will feature a conversation between Amy Bruce, head of marketing at Osprey Approach, and Karen Edwards, head of professional development at the Institute of Legal Finance & Management (ILFM), who will share the lessons learnt from switching practice management systems and how to do so successfully.

This special episode will broadcast live on 16 October as part of the ILFM’s monthly Lunch & Learn webinars, which are free to ILFM members.

With a wealth of hands-on experience of switching software solutions and helping firms to succeed, Karen – a former director of a law firm and non-practising CILEX lawyer – will share the dos and don’ts of moving and implementing new practice management systems.

The conversation will cover:

• • How to prepare effectively before choosing the right system
  • Best practice for migrating data
  • Tips for building the right project team

At the end of the session, there will be an opportunity for attendees to ask Karen’s expert advice, which will assist with any upcoming software implementation projects that firms are planning.
