The Wellbeing at Work survey, initially launched in February 2023, is designed to understand and evaluate the stresses and strains and the mental health and wellbeing initiatives and structures that can enhance the lives of those working within the conveyancing and property industry.

The objective is to analyse this year’s results in comparison to the 2023 findings, with the comparisons helping to shape and develop forward-thinking guidelines, potentially revolutionising how the property sector addresses the promotion of wellbeing in the workplace.

How to get involved

The relaunched Wellbeing at Work survey is now available to complete and is open to anyone working within the property sector.

While the survey responses are kept entirely confidential, participants have the opportunity to enter a luxury prize draw where they stand a chance to win one of 3 prizes, with a combined valued of over £1000:
    • £500 Cash – straight to your bank account!
    • Luxury 1 Night Spa Break for 2 at a choice of locations
    • Fortnum & Masons Hamper

The survey, crafted in collaboration with Morale Solutions, will be open for responses until Sunday 31st March. It’s designed to be a brief yet comprehensive experience, taking approximately 10 minutes to complete. You can share your valuable insights by participating here.

Following the survey results, the Conveyancing Foundation will produce new wellbeing toolkits and supporting materials, which will be accessible on the BKWC Resource Hub, to provide ongoing support to those working in the property industry.
