RG Law launches new auction-ready package for estate agents
RG Law has launched a new auction-ready package for estate agents, designed to prepare freehold properties for sale in a two-week period.
Leasehold properties will require a management pack, which will take up to four weeks to prepare.
Recent research shows that 2.3% of all UK homes – almost 6,000 properties annually head to auctions, marking a 0.6% increase when compared to last year (Source: House Buyer Bureau, October 2023).
The North-East ranks as the nation’s auction hotspot, where 5.6% of all homes listed for sale are selling via property auctions. The region has also seen the largest annual increase at almost 1%. The North-West (2.9%), Wales (2.8%) and the East Midlands (2.8%) are also home to some of the largest proportions of for sale stock opting to sell at auction.

“We want to provide as much information as possible rather than an indemnity.
“From day one, we will order searches, so the seller is as transparent as possible.
“The pack is available at £375.00 plus VAT, which covers disbursements and the usual upfront additional fee for the local water and drainage search.
“Clients choosing RG Law to prepare their auction pack, will also be offered 20% off their legal fee for the onward sale of the property, if they secure a buyer at auction.”
RG are also offering a promotion around the review of an auction pack for buyers at £500.00 plus VAT with 20% off their legal fee for the onward purchase of the property if secured at auction.
