InfoTrack surpasses one million digital AP1 submissions milestone
Legal technology leader InfoTrack has surpassed one million digital AP1 submissions through HM Land Registry’s Business Gateway in a watershed moment for the conveyancing sector.
Layzells Solicitors submitted the first digital AP1 via InfoTrack on 30th March 2016. Now, six years and 10 months later, the millionth AP1 was submitted digitally on Wednesday 1st February 2023 by Amina Begum of The Law Partnership Limited.
To mark the occasion, InfoTrack will be sending Amina on a luxury weekend away for two, in addition to also taking her whole team out to celebrate. The winner was announced during InfoTrack’s ‘Post-completion in five minutes’ webinar on 8th February.
InfoTrack were the first provider to enable the submission of digital AP1s following the launch of their product via HM Land Registry’s Business Gateway in 2016. Since then, the service has been continually updated and improved, including over 50 significant enhancements made in the last 12 months alone. More than one thousand law firms and conveyancing specialists have relied on the InfoTrack service over the last six years.
