Osprey Approach: Webinar exploring business habits that modern firms need for long-term success

The webinar will be hosted by Amy Bruce, Osprey Approach’s marketing manager, who will be joined by a panel of expert speakers comprising Sarah Keegan, director at change management consultancy the CS Partnership, Laurence Sutton, practice manager at Brevitts Solicitors, and leadership executive coach Rich Dibbins, owner at Staxton Digital Marketing.

Osprey’s webinar will explore the process of continuous improvement and the role in plays in reviewing existing business habits, and establishing new ones, to help law firms achieve long-term success.

Amy Bruce explains:

“Following the great feedback we’ve received following our first two webinars, I’m really delighted to confirm that we have another stellar line up of guest speakers, all of whom bring extensive knowledge around the concept of continuous improvement.

“Our expert panel will discuss why SME law firms shouldn’t fall into the trap of treating business operations as a one-time project and why it’s important to identify and establish good business habits as part of a process of continuous improvement.

“We’ll also provide some practical advice on how firms can easily implement good business habits within their own practices, which will help them to succeed in the longer term.”
