DMH Stallard confirms the merger with Griffith Smith
Leading south-east law firm DMH Stallard has today (26 January 2022) announced the confirmation of its merger with Griffith Smith.
Griffith Smith is a modern legal practice with an established heritage and strong roots in Sussex. This merger will strengthen the services the combined firm provides to private clients in the areas of inheritance tax planning, wills, trusts, power of attorney, estate administration, family, contentious probate and real estate.

DMH Stallard’s merger with Griffith Smith is the fifth in recent years. The firm merged with Brookman in May 2021, Rawlison Butler in 2017 and both AWB Partnership and Ross & Craig Solicitors in 2015.

The merger is expected to complete on 31 March 2022.
