Commercial Property solicitor Nicholas Ball returns to Rowlinsons
Rowlinsons are delighted to announce that Nicholas Ball has returned to their Commercial Property Department as an Associate Solicitor.
Nicholas completed his Training Contract with Rowlinsons and qualified at the firm in 2017. He then worked for two other Cheshire law firms, gaining further experience in a wide range of commercial property matters.
Nicholas advises on both commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters including lease negotiations and provides commercial property support on corporate transactions. His property development experience ranges from individual dwellings to much larger site setups on behalf of house builders.
Tom Parkinson, Director and Head of Property at Rowlinsons, commented:
“We’re thrilled to have Nick back in our team. Having known him for many years he will certainly be able to hit the ground running and is already familiar with our client base and other professional contacts.
“He possesses a wide range of knowledge and experience in commercial matters and it is certainly great to have him back with us.”
Notable transactions that he has worked on include the multi-million-pound refinance of a large portfolio of residential and commercial property and the acquisition of a large-scale development site on behalf of a house builder including the subsequent set up of the estate and sale of plots.
Nicholas added:
“Returning to Rowlinsons feels like I’m back at home! It has always been a great law firm with high quality clients. I’m looking forward to helping them and new clients with any commercial property matters they may have.”
