Dezrezlegal scores at LFS Awards

Swansea based conveyancing company, Dezrezlegal, is proud to announce that it was highly commended in two categories at the prestigious LFS (Law Firm Services) Awards, a national award that celebrates excellence in conveyancing in the UK.

The firm snapped up the commendations in the Regional Conveyancer of the Year Wales & West Midlands category, and the Best Website/use of Social Media category. Winners were revealed at a gala dinner at the VOX Centre in the NEC in Birmingham.

Dezrezlegal started in 2009 as an alternative to the services available through traditional solicitors and volume conveyancing warehouses. Its aim is to offer a more personal service while also embracing modern technology to open up information for home buyers.

Having a website that users can interact well with was crucial and so last year, the company revealed a new website. It enables customers to receive online quotes, offers information to help de-mystify the conveyancing process and enables customer to have a live chat with a specialist.

The finalists for the LFS Awards were decided partly by application and partly on the back of a ‘mystery shopping’ exercise designed to assess the quality of the customer service offered by applicants.
