Your chance to see how the HBSG Industry Pledge can work in practice

The Home Buying & Selling Group (HBSG) have launched their new Industry Pledge designed to introduce more transparency and speed up property transactions.

Key Members of the group, Beth Rudolph from the Conveyancing Association, Richard Powell of Ryder & Dutton Estate Agents and Paul Hajek of Clutton Cox Conveyancing,  will be taking part in a live webinar on Tuesday 29th Sept. at 10.00 am  to discuss the merits of providing information upfront and closer cooperation between agents and law firms.

Ryder & Dutton started instructing law firms as part of a “contract ready” scheme back in July and have first-hand experience of the benefits to buyers and sellers. They are also seeing what issues this change of approach is having

The event will be hosted by Richard Mathias of Law Firm Services who provide the Minerva technology on which the Ryder & Dutton system is based.
