Searching to See More Smiles!

Christmas reminds us to be grateful for what we have and show compassion in our communities for the heroes who continue to smile and persevere through difficult times.

That’s why every year, Searches UK sponsor Circus Starr, a non-profit organisation that supports charities around the country. Circus Starr organise shows all over the UK with all profits made being donated to charity. 3,500 children’s charities and support organisations benefit from their donated ticket programme.

Circus Starr is a touring circus, made up of a team of world class professional artists from across the world. The charity was established in 1987 and donates free seats for thousands of disadvantaged, disabled and vulnerable children as well as raising funds for local charities.

With the support of the community, Circus Starr gives back much needed magic to children facing all sorts of challenges in their young lives. Since it was first established, Circus Starr has given over one million underprivileged children and children with disabilities the chance to run away to the circus, see a live show and forget their troubles for the day.

Every child, whatever their needs or background is free to be themselves at the shows – move to the music, shout out in delight or appear on centre stage!

Lisa Summerton, Sales & Marketing Director, at Searches UK said:

“It is important that businesses positively contribute towards our communities, where extra support and funding is desperately needed in many areas. Searches UK are passionate about participating in charitable work whenever possible. This is the ninth year supporting Circus Starr and it is always a pleasure to donate towards providing a memorable experience to all of the little stars supported by the charity.”

There are a range of shows taking place in January 2018 across the country. For more details on events and tickets, please visit: http://www.circus-starr.org.uk/tour-news/uk-tour-dates/
